Appointments

Treatments are available Monday-Saturday
9:00am – 5:00pm
Seasonally – May   9:00am – 7:00pm

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a casual check-in, changing into spa attire, and time to relax prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will not have the full benefit of their scheduled time.

Health Concerns

Some treatments may not be suitable if certain health conditions exist. Please alert our staff of any health concerns you may have at the time of booking and again before the treatment so that we may help you with alternate recommendations if needed.

Cancellations

We strictly adhere to the spa cancellation policy: If you must cancel your spa appointment, please do so at least 8 hours prior to treatment time to avoid full charges for the treatment. For cancellation of a package, 24-hour’s notice is required.

Quiet Environment

For the benefit of our guests, please turn off your cell phone prior to entering the spa. Due to our peaceful setting, we also request that guests keep their voices at a minimal level. 

Gratuities

An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to all services except packages, gratuity for packages is already included in the price.
