The Spa at Silver Shells is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflective on the smiles and repeat business of our clients.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for casual check-in, changing into spa attire, and time to relax prior to your treatment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Suggestions are always welcome.
We strictly adhere to the spa cancellation policy: If you must cancel or make any changes to your spa appointment, please do so at least 8 hours prior to treatment time to avoid full charges for the treatment. For cancellation of a package 24 hours notice is required.
An 18% gratuity is automatically added to all services except packages. Gratuity for packages is already included in the price.
Some treatments may not be suitable if certain health conditions exist. Please alert our staff to any health concerns you may have at the time of booking and again before the treatment so that we may help you with alternate recommendations if needed. It is the Spa's policy to not perform massage therapy on pregnant women until they are past their first trimester.
We request that guests turn off their cell phones and enjoy our peaceful setting by keeping voices and conversation at a minimum.
