Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to enjoy a relaxed check-in experience. We provide a plush spa robe and slippers for your comfort, allowing you time to unwind before your treatment begins. If you plan to enjoy our heated pool, whirlpool, steam room, or sauna, please bring your swim attire.

Health Considerations

Your health and well-being are our highest priorities. Some spa treatments may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions. Please inform our staff of any health concerns when booking your appointment and again upon arrival so we can recommend the most suitable services for you.

For the safety and comfort of our expectant mothers, prenatal massage is available only after the first trimester.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the full treatment charge.

Quiet Environment

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the spa, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones and keep conversations to a minimum while enjoying our facilities.

Service Fee

A 20% service fee will be added to all spa services and packages at checkout. This fee includes an 18% gratuity for your service provider and a 2% spa service fee.

Complimentary Beverages

Guests 21 years of age and older are invited to enjoy a complimentary mimosa. We also offer complimentary champagne, hot tea, lemon-infused water, and light snacks throughout your visit.
